Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of GoDigiTech. Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

   – Services were not delivered or completed as outlined in the agreement due to the fault of GoDigiTech.

   – The Client has made a duplicate payment in error.

   – The Client has valid reasons for dissatisfaction with the services provided by GoDigiTech.

Refund Request:

To request a refund, the Client must submit a written refund request to GoDigiTech within 1 days of the issue date of the invoice or within 2 days of the completion of the service, whichever is applicable. The refund request must include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.

Evaluation of Refund Requests:

All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. GoDigiTech will assess the validity of the refund request and may request additional information from the Client if necessary. GoDigiTech reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

Refund Processing:

If a refund is approved, GoDigiTech will process the refund within 15 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment used by the Client, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, GoDigiTech may issue partial refunds based on the extent of services rendered or other relevant factors. Partial refunds will be determined at the discretion of GoDigiTech.

Late Payment, Delayed Response or Delayed Testing:

Refunds will not be issued for late payments or failure/delay to provide required information or resources by the Client or delayed testing unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

Refund eligibility for cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy of GoDigiTech. Clients are advised to review the cancellation policy for more information.

Changes to Refund Policy:

GoDigiTech reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to the refund policy in writing or via email.

By engaging GoDigiTech’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
